The $180+ million project will transform the current Civic Center site into a luxury destination featuring a 300-room hotel, a 45,000-square-foot convention center, restaurants, retail space, spa amenities, rooftop experiences, and direct access to Downtown Kissimmee. The project is expected to become a major economic driver for the city while attracting business travelers, tourists, conventions, and special events.
City officials estimate the development could generate millions in annual tax revenue, create hundreds of construction jobs, and support long-term hospitality and tourism employment opportunities throughout the region.
